A1HW7x: review of words from the book

For the Class Date: 1/15/2023, Following homework is due on 2/2/2023

on Sunday Jan 22nd, Attendance was low but like last week we reviewed *spelling the words* to confirm our letters vocabulary.  we worked on pages 5 to 8 alhamdulillah, besides spelling the hand written words!

We will learn 4 new letters next week.

Homework is to record the audio of these pages 5 to 8 - while you spell each word and letters (you know, not the letters you didn't learn yet) and send it to Br Mashood or Sr Rand.

A2HW7: almost all of the long vowel rules are covered

Due to snow storms, illnesses, day off (on Jan 1st) etc, we did a review class on a thursday and here is the latest

on Sunday Jan 15th, we worked on following two rules

1. Tanween rules, pages 32 to 35
2. long vowel letters in symbol form

on Sunday Feb 25th, we will finish reviewing all situations related with long vowel letters

on Sunday Jan 15th, we reviewed past 4 letters and similar sounding letters with it such as 

1. seen and suad
2. daal and duad
3. (zh)aal and (zhu)a
4. ta and (tu)a

next is an important review of letter

• 5 letters are called tall letters since they use most of the vertical space
• all tummy letters must go below the line
• pronunciation of the letters plays a very important role with the next set of letters such as mentioned above
