We worked on a Quran quiz and you all did quite well.  Anyone who has missed will work on the quiz coming Sunday

Keep working hard as we will do sentences quiz this sunday and continue on Quran Quiz (including verses 95 till 120)

We worked hard on Unit 3 past weekend and increased our knowledge about verbs.  We will need to keep working hard for a while

We will work on following in next class

Quiz coming up this weekend.  Review units 1, 2, 4, 5  and 6.  DO not worry about Unit 3

We will also start working on Arabic sentences including verbs.  Write following sentences

7. Those are the books from my home.

Level 2 Tafheem students (Br Raymond, Br Mahbub)
We worked on verses 15/16 of surah baqarah and finished it.  Please write 2 verses for next class.  br Mahbub finished 8 to 10 and 15/16 as well.  We will do more in class

Level 3 Tafheem students (everyone)
Our goal for Quran - finish and review whole Juz 1  before Ramadan (early June 2016)
we completed upto verse 100.  Now we will work on a project coming Sunday (and we discussed this in the class)

Please prepare first 20 verses for the project
A short quiz for Arabic sentences will take place as well so review the sentences from past many weeks.  


Level 4 Tafheem students (Sr Saima, Asima and Unaizah)
Our goal for Quran - finish and review whole surah Baqarah as well as Surah Mulk before Ramadan (early June 2016)

We worked on planning for my vacation time and will share the plans coming weekend

we will also look at the Surah Mulk Plan and more grammar related questions

Quite good results in Quiz.  Teacher will continue helping you now.  We have started the quran verses now alhamdulillah, so every week we will make good progress.  you are concerned about forgetting your grammar, but it will now start getting better when you use them every week.  Not to worry!

Your homework is to finish the islamic terms page, next to the page with letter hamza and ha.  This page was shown in the class and students were requested to start working on it and NOT to wait for the homework site update since this page is already printed and ready for you to practice.
