Arabic 3 and seniors - phrases exam on June 11th?

Let us see how we manage phrases exam coming weekend (June 11th) before we leave for the long weekend.  We have been working on the phrases and verses review for past few weeks

Arabic 3 has finished uptil verse 28 - complete with eloquent translation
Arabic 3 seniors (soon to be Arabic 4) have wrapped uptil verse 70 and now we are reviewing them as phrases!

Keep up the hard work awesome people!

Arabic 4 - phrases exam on June 11th?

We talked about working on phrases.  br faizal and Br Rumed have been working on them for past 2 to 3 weeks while Jameela and Abdul Khaliq have retuned in last week.  We will continue working on the phrases coming weekend (June 11th) as well and see how things go before the long break!

Arabic 5 - phrases exam on June 11th?

Most of the Arabic 5 students have been gone on May 28th and June 4th.  We have the phrases exam coming weekend and we will see how it goes.  Otherwise we will have to do this again in August insha-Allah

A3HW4 (3 weeks in a row): verbs verbs and some nouns

On May 28th, we started on verbs (UNIT 3) and you learnt the basic form of VERBS.

NOUNS: We also worked on some short nominal phrases, NOT using the verbs,  Nominal phrases are called nominal because they have no verbs in them. The worksheet given in past two weeks has many phrases and sentences on them and they are all NOMINAL sentences.  This is in line with UNIT 5

on June 4th, we extended the VERB knowledge to the full past tense charge.  You also completed a worksheet about basic form of verb and the role of attached pronouns with a verb.  In NOUNS world you learnt about interrogative nouns (UNIT 6)

On June 11th, We will extend that knowledge of verbs and nouns separately again ensuring you are very comfortable with verbs and nouns before we go for long break.  This is where we will pick when we return!
