Level 1 Tafheem students (Sr Ayesha, Zainab, Palwasha, Rien, Br Mahbub)

We worked hard on Unit 3 past weekend and increased our knowledge about verbs.  We will need to keep working hard for a while

We will work on following in next class

Quiz coming up this weekend.  Review units 1, 2, 4, 5  and 6.  DO not worry about Unit 3

We will also start working on Arabic sentences including verbs.  Write following sentences

2. She is in the Masjid
3. Where are they in the Masjid
4. This is at my home
5. Your book is at my home.

7. Those are the books from my home.

Level 2 Tafheem students (Br Raymond, Br Mahbub)
We worked on verses 15/16 of surah baqarah and finished it.  Please write 2 verses for next class.  br Mahbub finished 8 to 10 and 15/16 as well.  We will do more in class


Also, Write following sentences

1. He is a Muslim
2. She is in the Masjid
3. Where are they in the Masjid
4. This is at my home
5. Your book is at my home.

Level 3 Tafheem students (everyone)
Our goal for Quran - finish and review whole Juz 1  before Ramadan (early June 2016)
we completed upto verse 100.  Now we will work on a project coming Sunday (and we discussed this in the class)

Please prepare first 20 verses for the project
A short quiz for Arabic sentences will take place as well so review the sentences from past many weeks.  


Level 4 Tafheem students (Sr Saima, Asima and Unaizah)
Our goal for Quran - finish and review whole surah Baqarah as well as Surah Mulk before Ramadan (early June 2016)

We worked on planning for my vacation time and will share the plans coming weekend

we will also look at the Surah Mulk Plan and more grammar related questions

We reviewed after 2 weeks off and refreshed our minds by writing following 5 sentences in Arabic. Make your own 3 to 10 simple sentences like these 5 sentences

2.     These are two Muslims.  (and 2 female Muslims)

3.     Those are (female) Muslims in the masjid

4.     Who is our nabi?

5.     What is your religion?

Level 2 Tafheem students (Br Raymond, Br Mahbub)
we worked on verse 15 in the class and we plan to continue on verse 16 next week.  Br Mahbub also worked on verse 2 and 3 while Br Raymond participated

also we use the adjectives chapter (p23, p24) for Br Mahbub's review .. next week to review again to ensure this concept makes sense
