Every Sunday, your class starts at 9 am and will go till 11 am. All students should be familiar with terms like harakah, harakaat, tashkeel, tashkeelaat and sukoon by now.
- Write the words in English and in Arabic on a piece of paper.
- be sure put your name and label it (A1HW2)
We covered a new important concept (about symbol/tashkeel ) called sukoon. As mentioned last week, all these concepts are mentioned in your book too and we will practice them every week with letters, while making words such as following.
It is for this reason, you will notice questions in your homework about these concepts to ensure you understand these concepts
- What are harakaat? What is the English term/translation for harakah?
- What is a Tashkeel? what is tashkeelaat? What is the English term/translation for tashkeel?
- How do you define sukoon?
- What are the names of 3 vowels we learnt in the class
